There's a number on the FAFSA website to call -- you have to call and ask the FAFSA folk to manually add those additional schools to your app.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you add more schools electronically after getting your SAR?
 
Done with taxes - nice refund check deposited into my account yesterday
Done with FAFSA - EFC of 0 :D
