Nice! I didn't know there was an additional supplemental application on top of the essays on AADSAS.

From what I read in previous threads, it seems like the picture is most likely for receiving a picture early and associating it with your profile, information systems, and I.D cards at the school in the chance you get accepted. I believe Pitt Dental also asks for a picture as well. It would be evil to use your face as a factor in admission ._.

Also, from Dental Explorer, the 2017 data shows 2349 OOS applications, 320 interviews, and 51 enrollments. Not sure about actual acceptance rate. Hope this helps!

At the bottom of the supplemental page, after the in-state info request, they asked for a 2x2 pic.

I realized I made a typo. It was 2349 OOS applications! Fixed.

I just got mine today and submitted on 6/6 (I was also worried because it seemed like everyone had gotten theirs). I wouldn't worry about it for a while if I were you. Seems like they are steadily sending them out.

This is a myth, people who meet Maryland's minimum specofic requirements get the supp, but a supp does not mean youre necessarily going to get an interview, I have spoken to admissions regarding this.

If you have the latest edition of the ADEA book then the data regarding offers are in the tables in the back. You can calculate the percentages both instate and out of state.

Thank you! It seems to me that there are a lot of offers made to interviewees, which is completely the opposite of the percentage # of enrolled/total applicant that appeared in each school's profile. I guess for most schools, getting interview do net you a pretty high chance of receiving an acceptance offer! It just seemed odd to me that CWRU, for example, made over 208 OOS offers (from 259 interviewed) while having a class size sub 80.

Oh wow. I didn’t know that about case western. That suggests a lot of their initial offers turned them down and they had to give out additional offers to the waiting list.

Yes! Definintely a relief, I was freaking out at just how little of those interviewed gets accepted, but it turns out thats not the case at all.

I just got an email today telling me that they just received my secondary application. I had submitted that 2 moths ago.

That just happened to me. I submitted my secondary July 26th, and got a confirmation email. Then today I got an email thanking me for "completing the secondary application and it has been received by the office of admissions and will be processed." Should I just wait, or email back to ask if they have reviewed it yet? I'm worried I might not get an interview if they just barely have it down my secondary was completed.
