Still waiting to get commissioned. Went through the board almost 2 months ago. The recruiter says "your age/grade waiver has been approved, just waiting for the Senate to vote now."

This is the most cumbersome, slow, frustrating, inefficient process I have ever interacted with. Geeez.

Is there anyone on this site going through it this year?

I do not not anything about the military psychologist programs. Maybe you could tell us a little about the process, opportunities, etc? I bet people would be interested.

I always had an image of military psychologists as spies for "Don't ask, don't tell", but I am sure that with the war the role of psychologists is key (families, PTSD, etc).
