1) matching rates to GPR/AEGD
2) grading system/competitiveness
3) how it prepares you for boards/REB?

I have no idea about OSU's grading system, but the other things you asked about are almost completely determined by the individual and not the school. A student that does poorly after going through OSU's program (which has a good reputation) will probably perform no better in a different setting.
