I personally wasn't impressed by Georgetown during my interview day and I also didn't get a great vibe from the students/staff there. Ultimately, I think the overall fit is really important at a medical school and OSU is also the better financial option, which is why I think it is the best option for you. I think you could also find opportunities to explore the social aspects of medicine you are interested in as well.
