OK DAT but above average GPA?

You guys I have scored OK on my DAT 23 bio, 18 O-Chem, 20 G-Chem, 21 PAT, but 16 Math, and 16 Reading Comp. and my GPA is barely under 3.0 I think it's 2.9 total and 2.8 science.

a) What's the forecast for this?
b) How much emphasis is placed on English and Math?
c) Do they even give a damn about your work experience?

I have both dental experience and mainly pharmaceutical and plenty of it
