OK I'm freaking out---> Did anyone have form BH (or similar) for this past MCAT?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.

I know this thread is made out of nervousness.... but I was just wondering...

Did anyone have form BH (or comparable) for this last April 2004 MCAT? I searched the old threads and no one commented on this form in particular...

Did y'all think it was easy, okay, or hard??

I don't know if responses are gonna actually help me predict my score.. but what the hell.. want to know what you guys think!

Hey-

I did have form BH as well except I don't think I'll be much help because I'm really not sure how I feel/felt about it!!! I guess I'll find out in a couple of days though anyway!....

There was actually a thread though on this a while back on e-mcat.com and, if I remember right, the general consensus was that it seemed more difficult than the AAMC practice tests with the BS being very different. I sort of felt a similar feeling.

What were your thoughts MD Rapper?

I think I got BH but then it could have been DH...

relatively easy PS
hard VS
okay BS (too much immunology)

Yeah, its difficult to say what my impressions were too... BS was definitely out of the norm...maybe that will help us out? Lots of neurobio and genetics from what I remember. PS was moderate. Verbal was similar to AAMC 6R and 7. From my discussions with other people (directly after the test) who had the form, it seemed that we stumbled on a lot of the same questions.... so there were definitely some q's on there that were uncalled for... hopefully most of the nation got those wrong too.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll be sure to check out the e-mcat.com site and see what people thought back then.

Overall, I feel that I'm in the same position as you! Who knows??

Keep me posted (if you feel comfortable doing so)... I'll try to do the same (unless I scored too low!!)

Good luck

I had BH and have the same feelings... so/so PS, harder VR (I got a 7 & 6 on AAMC 6 & 7 so that explains it) and BS I must've guessed on over half (no exageration here)... I'm partying my last days because I'm pretty sure it'll be August 14th for me... :scared:

I had CH. It sucked. Physic section had barely any Gchem. Biology was all genetics(hard genetics). verbal might have been easier than rest b/c i think I made it farther than i usually do.

I had AH and I thought that the VR was absolutely evil. It's scary too, because I had consistently done best in that section on all of my Kaplan tests. And I would have to say that AH also seemed light on Gen Chem. Thank Darwin, that the wait will be over in 24 hours...good or bad 😀

How the Fuk would anyone know if they had a "comparable" test to form BH?

That is one of the stupidest things I've seen asked on SDN for a while

That is unless your MCAT administrators allowed you to look over each others test forms after each section.

lol..complete delirium will make you say **** like that..

but if it makes my point valid at all, I noticed after the exam that a lot of people's exams were the same.. like all the B's were similar. So if someone checked SDN back then, maybe they would remember if their form was like another one...

I believe the first letter of the test form determines the questions/passages you get, while the second determines the sequence. So, if I'm right, all B? would have the same passages.

I'm glad you can take a joke and realize the thread was lighthearted😉

Best of luck when your scores come out :luck:

As far as I can tell from reading up on SDN there's no rhyme or reason to the letters of the form name indicating which exams were the same - from what I recall AG and BG and BH are the same test question wise, maybe the order's different.
