Old MCAT to new MCAT score conversion

I'm trying to figure out what score its going to take for me to get into the podiatry school I want to get into. I only have old MCAT score data from the school so I'm looking to convert it to the new MCAT score. Anyone know how or where to find a conversion?

Easiest way (although it's questionable how accurate it is because technically these are two different test in a sense) is to compare percentiles.
