Actually, one of my friends almost did forget to certify her ranks. Around 8 PM on the 21st, she was with another group of students lamenting over their rank lists. She got paranoid and went to check to make sure that everything was in order. At 8:30, she realized that she had not certified her list. She barely got it in before the deadline. Good thing she got paranoid! By the way, she is couples matching!
