There is a GREAT book for OMM review for the boards called:
"OMT Review, A Comprehensive Review in Osteopathic Medicine." by Robert G. Savarese
ISBN# 0-9670090-0-6
This is the 2nd edition (1999) but there might be a newer one. The 2nd ed. costs $22.95 and you can order a copy by e-mailing the author at: [email protected]
The book is concise and well written, and you can get through it in a couple of hours.
I found this was all I needed for COMLEX steps 1 and 2.
Both exams had a lot of questions about sacral dysfunctions and treatment, (of course, the most difficult and confusing topic in all of OMM!) so you might want
to spend extra time on that.
