what would the break up be for the ps part? more physics or chem? and if it's chemistry would it be more chem 1 or chem 2?

As far as I know, there's no set "ratio" between chemistry and physics. Honestly, your best bet is to learn both. If you only have enough time to really nail down one, go for your weakness.

It's generally 50/50 chem/physics, though on any individual test it may be more heavy in one or the other, but there really are no trends of what is emphasized- physics 1, 2 and chem 1, 2 are all needed to do well on this.

I completely agree. I've taken the exam twice and both times it was evenly dispersed between physics and chemistry.
