Hey everyone! So I am interested in oncology pharmacy what are the best schools to set one up for focus or what is a good way to find out?
Sorry if a similar thread already exists; I haven't been able to find one...

I think it will matter most when and if you apply to do a residency.

agreed. the best way to get into oncology is via residency, the school you go to doesn't matter. i went to a low ranked school and nobody even asks me or cares where i went where i practice as an oncology pharmacist.

To expand, school matters somewhat sightly because if you go to one of the new diploma mills, harder to match.

I don't think a single school sells themselves to applicants this way.

Honestly, the school you go to doesn't really matter. Everyone gets the same PharmD license. Just make sure to get good grades there so you can get into a residency program after you graduate. Oncology pharmacy residency is a 2 year program. Good luck!
