One last SOAP question

I understand that everything goes through ERAS, but I don't want to be caught off guard. Would there be any reason to have all of our documents in a PDF on the side? I'm trying to anticipate wort case scenarios.

Always have a PDF just in case. If you have a Skype interview it would be nice to have something to easily look at.
