I'm an Indiana resident looking for any advice on OOS schools to apply to. I have a 3.94 gpa and a 29O MCAT. 11BS, 9VR, 9PS. I also have very strong ecs

The best thing you could do would be to buy an MSAR (they're pretty cheap..I think you can get the online version for 15 dollars). You may want to look into getting the 2011-2012 version instead of 2012-2013, because I've heard some negative comments about the newest version.
The MSAR will give you all the stats for IS/OOS students at each school, and you can get a feel for out OOS friendly schools are.
Off the top of my head, Creighton and SLU may be worth a shot!

I have an MSAR next to me. It says Kansas residents get a strong preference, but they accept nonresidents who have significant Kansas ties and/or "add breadth to the class."

Yes, they do take some OOS applicants. I don't have any ties to the state, besides living just across the MO/KS border.... so it's probably a reach but I'm applying because it's close to home.
