on the aamc website there's a link for FACTS: Applicants, Matriculants and Graduates. This has the detailed breakdown of how many IS, OOS, male, female, etc are accepted.
USUHS is a school that was founded to provide doctors and advanced medical training for the medical corps of the United States military. If you want to know more go check out usuhs.mil or the military medicine forum here on student doctor network.
Oh and if what you are getting at here is to try and find "easy" schools to get into you are going to be sorely disappointed. Forgive me if I am jumping to conclusions. (but the combination out of state/low number of applicants question is pretty indicative of this sort of behavior) What you need to do is find a school that is very in line with what you want to do. That will be the school that is easiest to get into because you are more likely to come across as genuine and what they are looking for.
Oh and like the others said the MSAR costs like twenty bucks.
