Our program is suffering from the loss of a PGY-2. She decided to switch to the occupational medicine residency program (as she felt it was a better fit for her needs). Thus we will be short one PGY-3 as of July of this year. I know that the department will be putting out advertisements in journals, etc. soon and I thought I'd float this out here as well.
