UC Davis Health System Diagnostic Radiology Residency program is recruiting for a third-year resident position (R3) PGY- 4 starting July 1, 2016. UC Davis is ACGME accredited. UC Davis program consists of rotations through the various divisions of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, and includes daily conferences and didactic sessions. Each third year resident attends the 4-week courses in Radiology-Pathology correlation at the American Institute for Radiology Pathology in Silver Spring, Maryland. In addition, weekly interdisciplinary conferences are integrated with the teaching activities of other departments and specialties within the School of Medicine, including Surgery, Pediatrics, Neurosciences, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Infectious diseases, Urology and Pulmonary Medicine.
We have recently submitted to ACGME and application for Early Specialization in Interventional Radiology (ESIR).
