open repair of celiac artery aneurysm

    Art line, central line, thoracic epidural?

    Just a guess, seems basically like a high AAA in terms of management.

    best to speak with the surgeon about his approach, what's going to be clamped, etc, to determine physiologic stressors. every case is different, and this is an uncommon operation.
