open spots at oral surgery residencies

does anyone know of any oral surgery residencies that did not fill their available spots for last year? does this happen with oral surgery programs as it does with other residencies?

A few of the 6 year programs did not fill all spots last year.

The unmatched spots were quickly filled with competitive applicants who weren't fortunate enough to match either.

how about any of the 4 year programs? and were they are filled by matriculation day? has there been a case where an os residency did not fill their spots and went through the year short of residents?
also, what about these 1 year internships that some programs offer? is it worth it? how many of these residencies offer this internship? were could i find more information?
lastly, anyone know about the os residency at kind drew hospital in LA? thanks guys.
