Attend the 1st Annual EVMS Operation Smile

Medical Student Conference: June 2nd – 6th, 2008

What will you gain by attending the conference?

· A better understanding about Operation Smile's success in carrying out free surgery throughout the world while promoting education and healthcare sustainability.

· An opportunity to interact with Operation Smile volunteer physicians from around the world!!

· The unique opportunity to observe Operation Smile's Co-Founder, Dr. Bill Magee, perform craniofacial surgery, as well as admission to a Surgery Symposium for Operation Smile's Physicians Training Program participants from around the world.

· Information about how medical students may gain the opportunity to volunteer on Operation Smile missions internationally and through research initiatives.

· The chance to interact with medical students throughout the US who are also interested in supporting Operation Smile.

· Ideas for how you can implement avenues of awareness and support for Operation Smile in your respective medical school.
