Opinion on these AAMC outlines?

The AAMC provides these content outlines on all four sciences covered on the MCAT...do you think these are reliable/accurate? The copyright year is '09...do you think there may be a more recent version? Thanks for your opinions. The links are below:

Def use the most updated outlines for the mcat. I would take a week or two and go through each and every topic outlined. I did this for organic chemistry and I feel that it helped me a lot. In order to do well on the passages, you need to know the material down cold.

1.) Master the basic concepts
2.) Read a lot!
3.) Do passages!

However, no amount of passages will ever prepare you for the sink or swim feeling of the real mcat. You gotta be able to read larger amts of material and understand it in very little time
