Hi everybody-
This is my first post...I just wanted some opinions on my stats. I am currently a female attending UCLA. I am a third year and my overall GPA is a 3.85 and my science is a 3.9. I have not taken the MCAT's yet, but I am praying and hoping to get in the mid 30s this april. I have had over a year of research experience, however nothing serious as in having my name on a paper. I am also involved in an internship at the UCLA hospital. I have received a scholarship from UCLA as well. I hope no one is offended or upset that I am posting this. Because I know from reading previous posts that some believe displaying one's stats as a form of bragging or asking for compliments. I assure you that that is not the case. I honestly would like some opinions.
I am considering applying EDP for UCI medical school this year. Does anyone know any information about EDP at UCI? And do my stats appear to have good chances of getting in edp? I would truly appreciate opinions on this for I am having quite a dilemma about whether I should go for it.

I can't tell you anything about UCI EDP, but if you hit mid-30s on the MCAT, you should have your pick of schools. Good luck! 🙂

yeah, really, to tell you the truth, it's all about the MCATs. A lot of people from UCLA and Berkeley have a similar CV, and what really differentiates them is that two digit number.
