Yeah basically any line where you get to maximise procedures will make you decent dosh. I'm sure if all you did was abortions as an O&G you might even make more than most Rads/Ophs.

Abortions don't pay that well. Many are paid for in cash and your customer base is not exactly highly selected towards the layers of society that have money to spend (and all the extraneous expenses like security and a hardened car cut into the profits.if you make your money with abortions, there are enough evangelical jihadis out there who want a piece of you).
