I will have the option, when we move this summer for school, to get Verizon Fios for internet, telephone and tv ( though they advertise that Fios is for tv as well i only see DirectTV on their website and I thought that was a satellite service ). Right now I have Cablevisions Triple Play - iternet, telephone service through the internet, and io digital cable. I am not too happy to say the least with their service. It is pretty crappy - my telephone routinely has no dial tone, customer service is lousy, missed techinical service appointments, and they load you with really lousy channels as well as non-English channels. I havent heard anything about Fios yet. Can anyone comment?

Fios is absolutely amazing. I had Comcast before and the service used to go out atleast once every couple of months. I've had Fios for past year and the service hasn't gone out even once. And, I get 15+ Mbps down and just over 4 Mbps up speed (My plan calls for 15 down and 5 up). I also have the HD tv package along with it and its fantastic. No complains there. For phone, I use Sunrocket Voip and I pay $17 a month for unlimited calls to US and Canada and all the other stuff (caller ID, call waiting, voicemail, two phone numbers, etc). Let me know if you have any more questions.
