If a school as an option for an "Optional Photo" should I include it if will delay me sending in my application by a day or two? If I don't send one does look bad on my part at all (lazy, doing minimal, ugly )

Ugly is definitely something to keep you out of Med school. Do you think Dr. Carter got through on E.R. simply because of his money? It was his boyish charm, obviously.

id take a good amount of time on the photo.. you dont want your otherwise brilliant app to be subconciously sent into the reject pile by a grouchy adcom
