Has anyone been able to fill out the application yet?

The site has changed, but I do not see where I need to go to start filling out the application..

The site says something about setting up a new account with them, but I dont see the button to do so.

OMG.. I got back from work not so long ago, I woke up early this morning for applications, but the button wasn't there. Now I'm falling asleep.

Did everyone type up their own description for every single Employment/Extracurricular Activities/Optometric Experience/etc?
Did you type full sentences or use point form for description of employment?
