Guess while Oregon Medicaid was able to change the paradigms for back treatments to basically just Acupuncture, PT and Chiropractic care (very limited surgery, don't think they cover fusion for most part) or injections.

But don't worry, if you want to change genders, Oregon Medicaid has money for that!
