Hey what's the difference between triester, triglycerol and triglyceride?? I got a little confuse and they all looks pretty similar to me (a lycerol + 3 esterified fatty acids)

thank for your answer!

A most appropriate name is triacylglycerol, but they are also called triglicerides and sometimes triglicerols (group of neutral fats).
Triacylglycerols are formed by three fatty acids linked each of them by esther linkage to glycerol (recall that glycerol has three alcohols groups). Each group can be bound to one fatty acid, so they are triesthers of glycerol with fatty acids.

Thank you very much for the answer. I guess MCAT will not dig into these detail about the naming. Just want to clearify my wonder. Thanks
