#28 ...This is an E2 rxn correct? also the double bond adds to the less hindered site because a bulky base was used. Just want to make sure that I have this correct bc the solution was vague.

also... #39 answer choice c either the solution or the actual choice is an errer. Can some explain what the correct answer should be.
