[Hemichordate]

If you have a benzene ring with an -OH group and various other substituents attached to it, is it still classified as a phenol? Or, if you have a ring with an -OH and an -NH2, is it a phenol or aniline, or both?

with -OH and -NH2, it is either hydroxyaniline or aminophenol. use either name for it

when in doubt, use the full IUPAC name.
