Initially a 50/50 mix, but could build up to 80% Sports. Call 1/5 . Base salary and bonus, ancillary participation, and partnership. Surgi ctr, PT. E med records, and getting digital x-ray this year. Practice has one ortho-spine surgeon, 1 pcp-sports, 2 pain mgt, 1 pmr. Replacing the ortho gen/sports that left the practice. Jersey shore region with NYC, and Philadelphia access in 45-60 minutes. Market base plus bonus plan, benefits, ancillary participation, and partnership.

Northeast Indiana- Hospital system seeks General Orthopedic Surgeon for satellite community hospital less than six years old. Ready referral base. Employed position with a 200 physician group. Base salary for two years and bonus based on RVU’s. Base in mid $400,000’s. Good anesthesia coverage, call coverage. Complicated cases can be referred back to the main hospitals. Current surgeon retiring.
Population in region 250,000-300,000. Can live in metro area and commute. Lakes and many recreational opportunities. South Bend-Notre Dame not far. Chicago and Indianapolis within a few hours drive via Interstate.

Group would consider funding the surgeon for a mini F/A fellowship to hone skills. Group has 11 Orthopedic Surgeons, 2 Physiatrists, 2 Rheumatologists, and 1 Family Practice Sports Med Physician.
