OSCE for Clinical Skills Exam

I am a new member of SDN. I used to be a frequent visitor when i was a pre med student. Really glad to see how well SDN is grown.

I needed some help concerning OSCE of Clinical Communication skills.

Can anyone please, kindly guide me as to how can I perform well in the following stations.

1. Dealing with psychotic patient and his family
2. Breaking bad news (of HIV + result, lymphoma, fetal death)
3. Taking informed consent
4. Taking pain history

Where are you from? Does you school do OSCEs?

Yes, my school does OSCE, its outside the UK.

From where can i read about these topics and can anyone give practical advice who under went similar topics for OSCE.
