Osteopathic Residencies in Chicago!?!

Question- I want to do my residency in Chicago. As an osteopathic student I am wondering what my options are. I want to make sure I get my "traditional rotating internship" in or some how get approval for it. I am concerned about having to go back to MI for something b/c that is where my fiance is from. I am not sure what I want to go into yet, maybe OB, Peds or Neuro.
The other thing I am concerned about is my comlex score, which is just ok. I don't know how much emphasis will be placed on them and what I can do to make sure they don't prevent me from getting where I want to go. Any ideas????

Theres a good amount of stuff for DO's in chitown and its burbs, internship and residency

I looked here, but there is only 1 OB/GYN program, and no peds, neuro, or psych programs, things I am interested in. I know there are some internships, but then how do you transition from that to another program?
