Could someone give me their perspective on doing an AOA approved residency in for example ENT instead of an allopathic program?

I am sure they are both great. When it comes to ENT you want to try to get any residency you can get. Also, the AOA ENT allows for the added certification in facial plastics in the 5 year residency. Good luck!
