Ok, so I got a secondary form OSU, however, I do not meet their minium requirement when it comes to their MCAT average
The last part of the secondary application says this "Please note the minimum qualifications to submit an application to OSU-CHS are a 7.0 average on the MCAT and a 3.00 overall GPA."
My question is it worth paying the $25.00, knowing more than likely I will get rejected from this school

Please Help !!!!!

I've not heard of anyone getting in with an MCAT lower than 21 (in other words, the stated minimum is actually the minimum). Most everyone who gets in will be in the 25-30+ range.

Perhaps the OP has like a 6 in one section, but has 7+'s in the other two sections of the MCAT.

To the OP:

If you have less than a 21 what the hell are you doing on SDN? There is an MCAT on August 19th you should really be preparing for.

As for your question about it being worth the $25 dollars, last time I checked $25 dollars will not even pay for a movie for 2 + snacks at the theater. If I were you I would definitely spend $25, if the cost was $100 (like some schools) I would discourage you from spending it. Good luck!

maybe they did misunderstand the minimum policy: it is for a 21 total (average of 7 on each section but not necesarily a 7 in each section as long as other scores compensate)

upward trends are good. I know someone who took the MCAT and first time got a 18, 2nd time got a 21 and they are currently a student at OSU. It can be done.

Verbal is low which you know but hey .... :luck:
