Did anyone record down their observation hours? I know some school requires verification but others don't.

Did anyone record down their observation hours? I know some school requires verification but others don't.

I would just record them and have the OT sign off daily. I did that when I was observing. One guy didn't care and the other cared a lot.

Yes do it. It can be as simple as logging your hours daily and having the therapist sign off at the bottom. Even if it's not required, it still probably looks better on the application.
