Does anyone know of any programs that will be transitioning into OTCAS this Fall?

I see you're from MN. I know that all 3 MN programs (UMN, CSS, and St. Kate's) are on OTCAS now.
OTCAS is annoying and expensive, but it makes things really simple for the people at the schools who are in charge of reviewing applications. So, I assume most programs will be on it within the next year or two (if they aren't already).
It's hard to know from the way you worded your OP if that's what's the info you're looking for...
