General Admissions & OTCAS OTCAS Description/Key Responsibilities

Hey, so I'm filling out my OTCAS app and I'm a little confused on how to do the description/key responsibilities section. Should I describe it in full sentences or bullet point it? Can I discuss the challenges and what I learned from each position/each experience in brief? And can I mention myself in first person at all if I'm describing my experience. I'm curious how all of you set it up.

Use sentences, I had the same question and talked with a few admission counsels and they all said not to use bullet points
