OTCAS number of references allowed

This might only be relevant for today, but I wanted to ease people's concerns! This is to anyone who created an account today and tried to designate their references. We're supposed to be allowed to enter up to 5, but right now the site cuts you off after 3. I called OTCAS and they confirmed that it is a bug and they are working on it. The woman told me she'd contact me when it's fixed. It might be fixed in a matter of hours so this won't matter soon, but just in case!
