I don't know how far along in your education you are, but you if you're this undecided, do NOT apply now---especially to so many programs. You're likely to get stuck with something that will make you unhappy for a few years. If you can, take time off and get a job as a lab technician for a year (40+ hours a week). Get a view of researcher's job and see if you still enjoy it. At least you'll get an idea of whether you'd rather do a PhD or at least do clinical medicine.
Someone else mentioned the shadowing. While this step helps, it limits your view of the profession to just a few hours, and through the eyes of only a handful of practitioners. You can get a job as a CNA or EMT to see if you want to stay on the physician route.
Finally, about law: Are you f*cking crazy!? Look, I love argumentation as much as the next guy---and I'll probably end up getting a JD in my 30s or 40s. But I have my reasons and am not trying to get into law school simply because the field is interesting. Many of my friends are either law students or are practicing attorneys. All but two of them are miserable with where they are in life, despite having other friends tell them not to go into the field. The hours are hellalish, the work is downright boring, and most people will fear you instead of respecting your career choice.
