I wish my situation was better....I graduated with a B.S. in Biology with a 2.67 (yea..sux) ... I was able to find a job as a medical technologist and have been working for about a year now....I plan on taking anatomy and phys this fall and spring and re-taking physics II at some point (I pass/no credit the class) and i may retake orgo if necessesary....

can i get any advice about improving my chances in getting into PT school...like some extra classes or do I have no chance =(

thanks

I am not sure how much competition there is for PT school right now, but I would say you would probably need at least a 3.0. You should take the classes you mentioned (ochem only if the program requires it) and get some volunteer or work as a physical therapy aid for a while. Getting some experience with a therapist will at least show you are serious to the adcoms. Good luck.

if you have a specific program in mind, go to the admissions office and speak directly with the director and ask what you need to get in. they'll give you the straight deal.
