What private schools are generally favorable toward out-of-staters? I've heard Tulane and GW are good, but are there others? My GPA is slightly above average (3.7 or so) as is my MCAT (33Q, 10VR, 11PS, 12BS). My EC's are pretty descent, but nothing exceptional: varsity soccer player for 3 years, volunteer at ER, soup kitchen, and free-clinic, VP of Bio Honor Society, antioxidant research, and had a job during school. I guess I'm just wondering which schools outside of TX like to have out-of-staters.

P.S. - I'm not knocking TX schools, but I wanted to apply to a wide range

when i was applying i went through the MSAR and made a list of all the schools that had at least 25% of their class from out of state. that's probably the best place to look. here are some i applied to:
bu, dartmouth, georgetown, jefferson, loyola, mt. sinai, northwestern, penn state, saint louis, tufts, tulane, rochester, wake forest
