This website has information on employment status at graduation by graduate program. Any opinions on how accurate this is? Should I be concerned that a program I applied to reported only a 45% employment rate (and this is a funded PhD program, listed within the top 100 by USNWR)?

At least for my program, some of the data seems highly inaccurate. For example, it says our average completion time is 4.9 years. I don't think anyone has every graduated in less than 5. The data about the number of students enrolled and their demograhpics is inaccurate. Also, much of the data is old - the employment data is from 2000-2004 - so it's hard to know how accurate that is. So, in short, nope, not accurate.

Yeah, this site's info on my program is also completely off the mark. I have a feeling they surveyed graduate students across the board, not just those in the psychology program. Not very helpful.

For what it's worth, also very inaccurate for my program.

Inaccurate for mine as well. Sad, that could have been promising.
