ouwb vs. chicago (urbana-rockford) vs rosalind franklin

I have been fortunate enough to have been accepted to all three schools. From what I can gather, all three have good residency matches, and am having trouble picking one school. Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated =)

What would be the cost difference? Scholarships, cost of living given the environment (suburban vs urban for OUWB vs Rosalind Franklin for example), transportation fees, etc are all important considerations

The cheapest would be UIC; cheaper than Rosalind by $10k and cheaper than OUWB by about $30k (considering all four years and cost of total attendance). I have been told to choose UIC over Rosalind by many people, including alumni of Rosalind, despite my campus of UIC being in Rockford.
