Has anyone here used a p-chem book with a purple cover? I'm desperately searching for it... can't remember the author's name obviously. But it was such a nice book. I think his last name ended in "z." Not Zundahl!

i used a gen chem book (i think its same thing as p chem but i dont know) it purple with three pictures in the middle its by Petrucci, harwood and herring Prentice Hall

I thought Silbey and Alberty was pretty good, but I think that cover is orange and blue.

i think you're looking for Ira Levine? It's mostly purple with some fuschia-like color. Great book.

Not quite; its dark purple, and the dimensions are smaller. But thanks for the link; I'll consider that one as a supplement to Atkins (what my school uses).
