P/F or W?

Hey guys,
I am in a serious dilemma.
Im taking a BIO class " Human and Cellular Physiology"
the class average on tests are in the 30's and i do not want anything affecting my transcript negatively because of some issues i had my freshman year (car accident, adjusting)
So now I have some options
either take a P or withdraw from the class, or get a C.
Either way I would be retaking it in the semester where I can have more than 5 days to learn 20 lectures of material.

Opinions? Thank You !

I would say take the P. I don't think a W is as much of a negative as people say on here, but I think a Pass would be better than a W.
