Does anyone know what molecule would form a P-orbital sigma bond? I was reading my notes and saw that a sigma bond can be either an s orbital, p orbital or a hybrid orbital. I understand cases where it's an s or hybrid orbital, but I don't think I've ever seen a sigma bond formed via a P-orbital. Usually it's either hybridized or used for a pi bond...

yea F2 makes a sigma bond with p-orbitals
