I was wondering if anyone who applied PA took an EMT-B course and passed it and counted this as hours for clinical experience or whatever. I don't mean actually going on afterwards and using the cert. but just getting it...

It seems to me that practicing on "fake" patients and doing ride-time for requirements would seem justifiable?

most pa programs specifically state that hrs from training programs do not count towards total hours.

Nah, it really shouldn't. But I'm sure you have required clinical/ambulance time to get the EMT-B and that would count. Or try riding as an aide, that counts.
