Crap, just passed my PM&R boards and now the pain boards coming up in September. I'm debating whether to take one of the review courses. Taking a week off from private practice for one of these courses will be very expensive for me. Do you guys have any advice?
I've got Pain Medicine: Just the Facts, by Staats and Wallace. Excellent review book.

I also have Raj's review book but it is poorly edited and out of date at this point.
I have the DanneMiller Pain Medicine Review CD-ROM set, which includes 50 lectures (powerpoint and audio). As far as I can tell, it contains all the information of the week long courses they offer. It looks good so far.

Then there is the Jensen "Pain Killer for the Boards" book. It focuses primarily on keywords, ie. items that have been tested in the past. He also offers a short review class in which he goes over old board questions, but does not give you a print out of these questions.

Then there is the ASIPP class. Week long, $1500. I have not heard anything about this one.

There is another class offered in wisconsin that is supposedly good as well,

Advice appreciated.
