Pain Management physician job in Indiana

I am an anesthesia- pain management physician with 3 and a half years experience. I am licensed in Indiana and presently looking for a full-time job in Indiana. I am a H1-B visa physician and need visa sponsorship. I am not board certified or fellowship trained in anesthesia- pain management, but I have working experience in interventional and non-interventional pain management.
